If we find a matching e-mail address on file, we will ask you the security question setup when you initially setup your profile.
If we can find your e-mail address on file and it is unique to only your profile, we will send the password out via e-mail to that address.
If any of the below statements are found to be true, please call GM Program Headquarters (800-368-1638) to request that your password be reset or to retrieve your password:
- You are attempting to login using the user ID and password assigned to a dealer, we cannot send dealer passwords electronically for security reasons, or
- If we cannot find your e-mail address at all we cannot send your password to you because we have no address to use to send it, or
- If multiple profiles have the e-mail address you indicate below, we cannot send your password via e-mail for security reasons.
